Cadmus Holds on to $82 Million FEMA Disaster Assistance Award

The Cadmus Group LLC can proceed with an $82 million blanket purchase agreement to provide the Federal Emergency Management Agency with technical assistance in response, recovery, and other disaster operations missions, the Government Accountability Office said.

Protester SCOR2E—a contractor team arrangement that ATCS PLC and Guidehouse Inc. formed—failed to show that it should have received a higher prior experience rating in the agency’s technical evaluation, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.
