CACI’s $69 Million Worldwide Logistics Contract Stands, GAO Says

CACI Inc.—Federal can proceed with a $69 million contract to provide worldwide logistics services to the US Military Sealift Command, the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.

Protester Professional Analysis Inc. argued that CACI’s proposal took exception to material solicitation requirements concerning prices for contract line item numbers.

But the agency reasonably concluded that CACI only reserved a right to request an equitable adjustment, the Government Accountability Office said.

CACI’s proposal said it would provide services at the offered price, the GAO said.
