CACI Defeats Challenge to $983 Million Homeland Security Award

Science Applications International Corp. lost its challenge to the US Department of Homeland Security’s decision to award CACI NSS LLC a $983 million blanket purchase agreement for IT services.

The award is affirmed, and SAIC’s request for relief is denied, Judge Robin M. Meriweather of the US Court of Federal Claims said in a Monday order.
