Borsight Seeks to Defend $2.2 Billion Air Force Avionics Award

Borsight Inc. wants to join a bid protest so it can protect its $2.2 billion US Air Force contract award from Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems LLC’s legal challenge.

Borsight has “unique interests” in the contract and award decision that Stevens seeks to undo, Borsight told the US Court of Federal Claims in its unopposed motion to intervene.
