The US government secured the dismissal of SLSCO Ltd.'s challenge to a report stating that its performance under a border wall construction contract was “unsatisfactory,” the US Court of Federal Claims said.
SLSCO lacked standing to challenge alleged procedural errors associated with the report because the company didn’t show that they were prejudicial, Judge Philip S. Hadji said in a Tuesday order granting the government’s motion to dismiss. And SLSCO failed to show that the report was inadequate because it didn’t discuss the quality of the company’s work, the court said.
