Booz Allen’s $860 Million Task Order Withstands Conflict Claim

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. will proceed with an $860 million program management support task order from the US Department of Veterans Affairs because Cognosante MVH LLC and Pro Sphere-Tek Inc. failed to show that an organizational conflict of interest tainted the award.

The task order to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization Program was issued to holders of indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contracts.
