Booz Allen to Pay $15.9m to Settle False Claims Allegations (1)

Booz Allen Hamilton has agreed to pay $15.9m to resolve False Claims Act allegations, the Department of Justice said.

• Allegations that subsidiary Booz Allen Hamilton Engineering Services knowingly submitted fraudulent claims related to a General Services Administration task order to supply computer military training simulators and systems to Department of Defense agencies, including the Air Force
