Booz Allen Hamilton’s DEA Contract Challenged by 22nd Century

The US Drug Enforcement Administration’s award of IT contracts to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. and two other companies must be halted, rival bidder 22nd Century Technologies Inc. told the US Court of Federal Claims.

22nd Century would have had a substantial chance to receive a contract if the agency had properly evaluated the technology consulting company’s experience and strengths and assigned its bid a “High” confidence rating, 22nd Century said in a complaint the court made public Wednesday.
