Booz Allen Hamilton Loses Protest of Deloitte’s Defense Award

The Defense Health Agency reasonably awarded contracts a technology upgrade procurement known as Workforce 3 to BCG Federal Corp., Capgemini Government Solutions LLC, and Deloitte Consulting LLP, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.

Protester Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. failed to show that the agency unreasonably viewed its bid as technically unacceptable for multiple significant weaknesses, the Government Accountability Office said.
