Booz Allen Hamilton Gets First of Six CDM DEFEND Awards

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp. has been awarded a $621 million contract providing cybersecurity to the Homeland Security Department, according to a Feb. 2 announcement from the company.

The award is the first of six set to be issued under the newest phase of the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program known as Dynamic and Evolving Federal Enterprise Network Defense, or DEFEND.
