Booz Allen Critiques ‘Fatal Flaw’ in $7.5 Billion IT Protest

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. wants a federal court to reject Technatomy Corp.'s protest of a $7.5 billion IT procurement because the arguments aren’t based on current information.

Relying on the record before a prior Government Accountability Office protest instead of the court’s current administrative record is a “fatal flaw,” Booz Allen Hamilton told the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in its redacted motion for judgment on the administrative record.

The Defense Information Security Agency carefully conducted the procurement for over two years, Booz Allen Hamilton said.
