Boeing Was Only Source for Apache Helicopter Parts, Court Says

The US Defense Logistics Agency rationally decided that Boeing Co. was the only contractor that could provide arm assemblies for Apache military helicopters under a $3.3 million sole-source contract, the US Court of Federal Claims said.

Rotair alleged the agency improperly determined that Boeing was the only company possessing technical data needed to make the parts.
