Boeing to Receive $62 Million in F-15 Dispute With Air Force

Boeing Co. will receive $62 million to resolve a dispute under a US Air Force contract to provide Saudi Arabia with F-15 aircraft under the Foreign Military Sales program, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals said in an opinion released Wednesday.

Boeing’s appeal was sustained in light of the parties’ settlement and joint motion for entry of consent judgment, Administrative Judge Terrence S. Hartman said.

Counsel for Boeing declined to comment. The Air Force didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. The nature of the dispute wasn’t revealed in the opinion.
