Alabama Aircraft Industies Inc. should have another chance to show former partner
A district court erred by concluding that Alabama’s two-year statute of limitations applied, instead of Missouri’s five-year period, they told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in a brief filed Thursday.
