Boeing Ex-Partner Seeks $100 Million Trade Secret Claim Revival

Alabama Aircraft Industies Inc. should have another chance to show former partner Boeing Co. misappropriated trade secrets when working together to bid on a KC-135 Stratotanker maintenance contract for the U.S. Air Force, they told the Eleventh Circuit.

A district court erred by concluding that Alabama’s two-year statute of limitations applied, instead of Missouri’s five-year period, they told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in a brief filed Thursday.
