Beyond New Horizons Keeps $3.8 Billion Air Force Test Contract

Beyond New Horizons LLC can move ahead with a $3.8 billion contract for test operations and sustainment services to be performed on Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Thursday.

Protester National Aerospace Solutions LLC failed to show that the US Air Force engaged in disparate treatment in its technical evaluation of bids, the GAO said.
