Beyond Clothing LLC and the US government have resolved a contract breach case under which the company alleged that the Army unfairly terminated tactical apparel contracts for default.
The parties filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice on Monday with the US Court of Federal Claims.
The parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. Terms of a settlement weren’t made available.
Beyond Clothing sued in February 2021 alleging that the Army committed breach of contract by issuing terminations because delays caused in part by labor strikes were excusable.
