BDO Too Late to Protest CIA’s Consulting Procurement Cancellation

BDO Public Sector LLC failed to timely allege that the CIA’s cancellation of a financial services procurement was improperly motivated by a wish to avoid resolving alleged conflict of interest claims involving rival bidder Deloitte Consulting LLP, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.

BDO’s protest with GAO was filed Sept. 11, more than 10 days after BDO received actual notice of the Aug. 21 cancellation decision, the Government Accountability Office said.
