Battelle Memorial Institute will perform a $285 million contract to provide Arctic research support and logistics services for the National Science Foundation, the GAO said.
Protester Jacobs-Polar Services-CH2M Facility Support Services didn’t show that the agency conducted an improper cost realism analysis, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Thursday.
Jacobs-Polar also didn’t show that the agency should have determined that Battelle’s compensation plan posed an unreasonable risk to recruiting and retaining qualified employees, the GAO said.
