Bastion Technologies Inc. unsuccessfully protested NASA’s decision to limit its review of the company’s past performance information in a procurement for products and services to support human space flight programs, the GAO said.
NASA reasonably concluded that Bastion didn’t satisfy a solicitation requirement limiting the forms to one contract, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Thursday.
General instructions that bidders should provide as much useful information as they can don’t permit submission of multiple contracts in excess of clearly established limits, the GAO said.
