BAE Systems Gets 5-Year US Navy Contract With Max $1.7B Value

BAE Systems has been awarded a new five-year, indefinite delivery and quantity contract with the US Navy for continued production of APKWS laser-guidance kits, according to a statement.

  • Contract has a maximum value of $1.7b with an initial $322m order
  • Says kits are available to all US armed forces, as well as allies via foreign defense sales
