BAE should receive permission to intervene to protect the contract worth “more than $300 million” from Pacific Engineering Inc.'s protest, because losing the contract following a successful challenge would deprive it of a substantial source of revenue, BAE told the US Court of Federal Claims in a July 5 motion.
