BAE Can’t Show Flaws in Leidos Award Decision, Watchdog Says

Defense contractor BAE failed to show that a June 2016 ruling erred in upholding a $50 million Army installation security contract award to Leidos Inc., the Government Accountability Office ruled.

BAE’s repetition of arguments previously raised didn’t constitute a basis for reconsidering that decision, that GAO said.

The Army reasonably considered alleged personal and organizational conflicts of interest before selecting Leidos, the GAO ruled in June 2016.

Leidos’s contract, which involves providing automated installation entry hardware and software for military installations, is a follow-on contract to the one BAE received in 2010, Bloomberg Government shows.
