AttainX’s $21.6 Million Award From NOAA Upheld by Claims Court

AttainX Inc. is cleared to perform a $21.6 million IT services blanket purchase agreement for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the US Court of Federal Claims said.

Protester ITegrity Inc. failed to show that the agency should have given its proposal a higher past performance rating than “some confidence,” Judge Edward J. Damich said in an opinion granting the government judgment on the administrative record, made public Tuesday.
