AT&T Keeps $306 Million Homeland Security Data Task Orders

Qwest Government Services Inc., which does business as CenturyLink QGS, failed to show that the Department of Homeland Security improperly awarded AT&T Corp. four task orders worth $306 million for DHS headquarters core data requirements, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.

As part of an IT modernization effort, the department issued this solicitation to acquire virtual private network service, ethernet transport service, and other services, the Government Accountability Office said.
