ASRC Federal Keeps $54 Million NASA Facilities Support Contract

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC will perform a nearly $54 million contract to provide NASA with operations and maintenance services, among other requirements, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.

Protester Akima Facilities Operations LLC failed to show that it should have received a higher rating under the mission suitability factor, the Government Accountability Office said.

The agency reasonably determined the Akima’s proposal lacked sufficient detail explaining how it would conduct quality control as required by the request for proposals, the GAO said.
