ASRC Federal Cyber Keeps Defense Health Agency Support Contract

ASRC Federal Cyber LLC can move forward with a $30.8 million US Defense Health Agency contract for IT services despite a challenge from AccelGov LLC, the US Court of Federal Claims said in an opinion released Thursday.

AccelGov failed to show that the agency improperly failed to hold discussions to allow bidders to address flaws in their proposals, Judge David A. Tapp said.

The agency’s solicitation clearly said that the agency planned to award a competitive firm fixed price task order without discussions, the court said.
