Army’s $10 Billion Hardware Procurement Withstands Challenges

GovWave LLC and other protesters have lost their challenges to the US Army’s $10 billion IT hardware procurement known as Information Technology Enterprises Solutions 4 Hardware, the US Court of Federal Claims said.

The court granted the government’s omnibus cross-motion for judgment on the administrative record, according to a Tuesday judgment. The court’s opinion is under seal.

GovWave sued under seal in February 2024 seeking to be restored to the competition after the Army eliminated its bid.
