The US Army reasonably eliminated SOS International LLC from a task order competition to provide intelligence operations support services, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Thursday.
The elimination was justified because the Army was unable to access a file with a pricing spreadsheet for an SOS subcontractor, the GAO said.
It’s a bidder’s responsibility to submit a well-written proposal, with adequately detailed information demonstrating compliance with solicitation requirements, the GAO said.
