Seventh Dimension LLC won its challenge to the US Army’s cancellation of a Special Operations support procurement worth up to $200 million, after the US Court of Federal Claims approved the Army’s plan to revive the procurement.
The Army must amend its solicitation, request and review final proposal revisions, and make an award decision, Judge Matthew H. Solomson said Monday in a nonprecedential order.
The agency’s proposed corrective action steps adequately addressed prior court rulings, Solomson said.
