Army, F3EA to Restart Special Operations Work Following Ruling

The US Army is going to “re-initiate work” under F3EA Inc.‘s special operations training contract worth up to $245 million in the wake of a recent appeals court ruling.

F3EA will begin work within 7 days or shortly thereafter, the government told the US Court of Federal Claims in a Friday status report.
