Anthem Unit Keeps $433 Million Medicare Support Contract

Wisconsin Physicians Service Insurance Corp. lost on its claim that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services improperly eliminated it from an administration services procurement under which Anthem Inc. company National Government Services Inc. received a $433 million contract, in a decision by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
