Protester SupplyCore Inc. didn’t show that the GSA erred by assigning its proposal only an “acceptable” rating for operational qualify assurance, the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.
The agency considered relevant portions of SupplyCore’s proposal to conclude the company satisfied solicitation requirements, but didn’t merit any “strengths,” the GAO said.
