Amentum, SOS Win Protest of General Dynamics Intelligence Award

Amentum Technology Inc. and SOS International LLC showed that the US Defense Intelligence Agency improperly awarded General Dynamics Information Technology Inc. an $815 million task order to support the Joint Intelligence Operations Center, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.

The agency should re-evaluate proposals and make a new award decision with adequate documentation, the US Government Accountability Office said, and should terminate the award for the convenience of the government if it decides to choose another offeror.
