The Defense Logistics Agency conducted a reasonable past performance evaluation before awarding Amentum Services Inc. an $88 million contract for warehousing and distribution services, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.
Protester Technica LLC failed to show that the agency failed to properly consider Amentum’s poor performance as a major subcontractor on a prior relevant contract, the Government Accountability Office said.
The agency reasonably declined to include that example in the evaluation because “the specific poor performance directly attributable to Amentum could not be reliably identified,” the GAO said.
