Amentum, DigiFlight Waived Discussions Claim in Army Protest

System Studies & Simulation Inc., Amentum Services Inc., and DigiFlight Inc. didn’t timely challenge solicitation terms in a US Army helicopter training procurement, a federal court said.

The three protesters waived their arguments that the Army unlawfully failed to hold discussions with them before selecting CAE USA Inc. for the $202 million contract, Judge Philip S. Hadji of the US Court of Federal Claims said in an opinion made public Tuesday. The court announced its decision to grant judgment on the administrative record to the government and CAE on Feb. 14.
