AM General LLC can perform a $9.7 billion contract awarded by the US Army Materiel Command to produce the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle family of vehicles.
Oshkosh Defense LLC lost its protest of the contract, according to a Government Accountability Office statement issued on Tuesday.
The Army evaluated the companies’ bids in accordance with the evaluation criteria and any judgments by the Army were consistent with and supported by content provided in the bids, or were observed as part of site visits during the solicitation process, the GAO said.
