AlphaSpaces failed to timely challenge the US Space Force’s decision to eliminate it from a space launch services procurement worth billions of dollars, the GAO said Wednesday.
AlphaSpaces’ protest failed to satisfy a 10-day filing rule because the company knew the basis of its protest in February 2024 when it learned of the elimination, and didn’t protest until September 2025, months after the agency awarded contracts, the US Government Accountability Office said.
