Alethix Loses Challenge to USDA’s $82 Million Software Order

Technology Solutions Provider Inc. will fulfill an $82 million order for software development support services after Alethix LLC failed to show that the US Department of Agriculture improperly reviewed its prior experience.

Alethix, the incumbent contractor, didn’t demonstrate that it should have earned a “high confidence” rating instead of “some confidence” under the prior experience evaluation factor, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Monday.
