Akima Facilities Operations LLC’s $549 million US Army contract to provide installation support services at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama withstood a protest from Chugach Range and Facilities Services JV LLC, a federal court said.
Chugach failed to show that the Army misled it about weaknesses in its technical proposal during discussions, Judge Loren A. Smith of the US Court of Federal Claims said in an opinion made public Thursday, granting judgment on the administrative record to the government and Akima.
