Airboss Defense Group LLC and StringKing Lacrosse LLC ended their protest of the US Department of Health and Human Services’ procurement seeking level 2 isolation gowns.
The parties filed Friday a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice with the US Court of Federal Claims. The case is closed, the docket says. The parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
