The US Air Force will reassess its decision to award Borsight Inc. a $2.2 billion contract to support the T-6A avionics replacement program, it told a federal court hearing a challenge to the award.
The Air Force will assess issues Stevens Aerospace & Defense Systems LLC raised in its protest, will review proposals, and make a new award decision, the government told Judge David A. Tapp of the US Court of Federal Claims in a Monday notice of corrective action. Stevens on Tuesday moved for voluntary dismissal.
