Aviation Training Consulting LLC will receive $5 million in its dispute with the US Air Force over a contract to support training systems for B-52 bombers, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals said in a decision released Monday.
The parties resolved their dispute through mediation and requested that the board enter judgment in favor of the contractor, Administrative Judge Daniel S. Herzfeld said. Counsel for Aviation Training declined to comment. The agency didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
