Afghanistan-based fuel contractor Fidelis Logistic and Supply Services dropped its legal challenge to the validity of two US Army decisions concerning compensation under terminated contracts.
Fidelis filed a notice of voluntary dismissal on Tuesday with the US Court of Federal Claims, stating that the Army “has agreed to and conceded to in all respects the allegations” made in Fidelis’ two-count complained filed March 1. The case is now closed, the docket says.
According to the complaint, Fidelis received two US Army contracts to supply Afghanistan government agencies with fuel until 2022, but they were terminated for convenience in September 2021. ...
