Aegis Defense Services LLC and the US Army settled their dispute over fair compensation under a security contract performed in Afghanistan, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals said in an order released Friday.
Administrative Judge Mark A. Melnick signed the order dismissing Aegis’ appeal.
Terms of the settlement weren’t made available. The parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
The board partially granted the government’s motion for summary judgment in March 2022.
