AECOM Loses Protest of Army’s $82 Billion Logistics Procurement

AECOM Management Services Inc. unsuccessfully protested the Army’s multiple contract awards under an $82 billion logistics procurement called LOGCAP V, according to a one-page judgment from the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

The court granted the government and awardees judgment on the administrative record Friday. The court’s opinion was filed under seal and will be publicly released at a later date.

AECOM protested awards to Kellogg, Brown & Root Services Inc., Vectrus Systems Corp., Fluor Intercontinental Inc., and PAE-Parsons Global Logistics Services LLC at the court in August 2019.
