Acuity Lacked Standing to Challenge Iraq Contract Elimination

Acuity-CHS Middle East LLC doesn’t have standing to challenge the US Department of State’s conclusion that an organizational conflict of interest requires barring the company from providing medical services to US personnel, a federal claims court said.

Acuity doesn’t hold a Diplomatic Platform Support Services contract, the court said. Therefore, it couldn’t submit a bid for the MedSSI task order awarded to KBR Services LLC under that contract, and can’t establish that it has an injury the court can remedy, Judge Richard A.
