Acuity Keeps $985 Million Unaccompanied Minor Transport Contract

MVM Inc. lost its challenge to Acuity International LLC’s $985 million contract for transportation services for unaccompanied migrant children in the US Department of Health and Human Services’ custody, after the US Court of Federal Claims granted the government’s motion to dismiss the case.

The court issued a judgment Monday stating that it granted the motion. Judge Kathryn C. Davis’ opinion is under seal.
