ACTA Unable to Halt UNCOMN’s Data Management Award

ACTA LLC couldn’t convince the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to stop UNCOMN LLC from performing a $138 million data management and information technology contract.

The awarding agency is U.S. Transportation Command. A Government Accountability Office March 17 decision rejecting ACTA’s protest said the agency was the Air Force.

ACTA wasn’t entitled to a temporary restraining order, despite a “decent probability of success” in its protest, because it can only show limited harm from not receiving relief, Judge Victor J. Wolski said Thursday an unpublished order.
