Accenture Again Wins $3.5 Billion IT Award After Conflict Review

Accenture Federal Services LLC again received the US Department of Energy’s $3.5 billion IT services blanket purchase agreement after protests from Leidos Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. urged the department to reconsider.

During a remand period, the department looked into an alleged conflict of interest, decided no actual conflict existed, and selected Accenture in a new award decision, the government told the US Court of Federal Claims in a notice the court made public Thursday.
