AAR Government Services Inc. says the US Court of Federal Claims should halt V2X Aerospace LLC’s $4.3 billion US Air Force contract because of an improper pricing evaluation, among other errors.
AAR said the court should declare that the US Air Force irrationally evaluated proposals for contractor operated and maintained base supply services for the T6A/B/D Texan II aircraft fleet. It should also enjoin Vertex’s performance and require a new award decision, AAR said in its complaint, made public Thursday.
